- Handbags will be processed within 2-4 business days.
- Orders placed before 2:00pm GMT start their processing period the same business day.
- Nesaa processes orders six days a week except Saturdays and Holidays.
- Nesaa uses priority/express courier services to ship your merchandise.
- A notification and tracking number will be sent to your email once the item has shipped from our warehouse.
- All shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
NESAA RETURN AND REFUND.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note that all sale items are final
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- Times for receiving your refund may vary depending on method of payment.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
